We encourage you to read this User Agreement with great care in order to participate with us as a User in the development of a quality service and first-rate Internet. By becoming a User, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this User Agreement and that you agree to be bound by all of its provisions. Any litigation related to interpretation or performance of the contractual terms defined in this document shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French tribunals applying French law.

If you do not want to become a User, do not conclude the Agreement, do NOT click “Create my Vidhello” and do not access, view, download or otherwise use any Vidhello.com webpage, information or services.

VidHello reserves the right to remove any image or video for any reason. Specifically, any image or video uploaded that is pornographic or offensive in nature (including nudity, violence, sexual acts, or sexually provocative images.), infringes upon copyrights not held by the uploader, is illegal or violates any laws, will be immediately deleted. Violating these terms will result in termination of your ability to upload further images or video clips.

VidHello reserves the right to ban any individual uploader or website domain from using our services for any reason.

Vidhello exercises no control over any content you or others submit while using Vidhello. Vidhello has no obligation to verify the identity of any Users when they are connected to the site or to supervise the content which has been provided by Users. Should you believe that someone is misusing or otherwise appropriating your information, you must immediately inform Vidhello.

You must consider and decide, yourself, the extent to which you wish to reveal information about yourself to the large community of Vidhello Users and to Vidhello and you must not communicate to Vidhello and its Users any information the dissemination of which could be harmful to you.

We cannot be held liable for any damages. All video clips, images, messages, graphics, comments, text, or other materials ("Content"), are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. You, and not Vidhello, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available through Vidhello. Vidhello does not control the Content posted and does not guarantee the accuracy or integrity of such Content.

Vidhello shall not be liable for any statements or conduct of any third party using the service. By using Vidhello you may be exposed to Content that is indecent, objectionable or offensive.

Keep your password secure: Keep your password confidential, do not use other Users’ accounts and do not let others use your account; you are responsible for anything that happens through your account — until you notify us of a breach (contact@Vidhello.com), close down your account or prove that your account security was compromised due to a fault of our systems. You are prohibited from selling, trading or otherwise transferring your Vidhello account or any information therein to another party or charging anyone for access to any portion of Vidhello, or any information therein.

Vidhello will not be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content. Vidhello will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available on VidHello. Vidhello assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, miss-delivery or failure to store any User content, communication or personal settings.

License and warrant your submissions: You do not have to submit anything to us, but if you choose to submit something (including any User generated content, ideas, concepts, techniques and data), you must grant, and you actually grant by concluding this Agreement, a nonexclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, unlimited, assignable, sublicenseable, fully paid up and royalty free right to us to copy, prepare derivative works of, improve, distribute, publish, remove, retain, add, and use and commercialize, in any way now known or in the future discovered, anything that you submit to us, without any further consent, notice and/or compensation to you or to any third parties. By submitting any information to us, you represent and warrant that such submission is accurate, is not confidential, and is not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third party rights. You further agree to inform Vidhello in the event that any such information has changed since your registration with Vidhello and, if appropriate, you agree to make such modifications yourself to your profile.

By uploading your video to Vidhello you give Vidhello permission to use or distribute your photos on VidHello.com or affiliated sites whether protected by copyright laws or not.

Repeat Infringers, Vidhello will terminate the access privileges of any user who infringes or repeatedly infringes the copyright rights of others.
